Have you or someone you loved ever experienced deep physical, mental or emotional suffering? When we are in pain, it can be the loneliest time of our lives. At the Wellness Project, we believe no one should suffer alone—and that having a community is an integral part of the healing process.

We also recognize that deep healing must take into account the whole individual. That is why we have identified 8 key markers of wellness, which we envision like spokes on a wheel. We call this the Wheel of Wellness. Without even one of its spokes, a wheel becomes immobilized and can no longer turn smoothly and freely. We believe the same is true for human beings. When even one of these essential aspects of wellness is missing or under-supported, it becomes harder to move forward with ease, clarity, and hope.
Today, we invite you to become a Friend of The Wellness Project. We need the help of donors like you to ensure we can serve individuals on their healing journey by offering accessible, holistic care—and breaking down the financial barriers that may exist for those who need it most. Through compassionate support, community education, and integrative wellness experiences, we nurture resilience, foster personal growth, and support reconnection with the body, mind, and spirit. We offer these opportunities to people of all ages, races, sexual orientations, and income levels.
This year, our active projects are focused on serving:
First responders and frontline workers navigating exhaustion and burnout
Youth and young adults seeking direction, purpose, and support
Individuals living with chronic illness who often feel isolated or overlooked
Elders in our community longing for meaning, connection, and wellness
Will you join us in reaching our fundraising goal of $50,000 for the 2025/2026 fiscal year. Your donation, no matter the size, makes a tremendous difference. We are seeking friends, donors and volunteers.
With sincere gratitude,
