Wellspring Monthly - Intentional Growth

Bridging the gap to alternative wellness.

Just like these crocuses in my garden, intentional growth begins beneath the surface before it blooms for the world to see.

Embrace the spirit of renewal this April with The Wellness Project, honoring the beauty of intentional growth.

As the crocuses in my garden push through the lingering chill, they serve as a beautiful reminder of what intentional growth looks like in practice. Renewal isn't about rushing toward a result; it’s about honoring the quiet, steady unfolding that happens when we finally give ourselves permission to soften and open. By tending to our inner landscape with the same patience we give our spring gardens, we create space for fresh beginnings to truly take root.

Whether you are currently planting new seeds in your life or nurturing a dream that is already beginning to bloom, we invite you to bring that energy to our community.

Event Highlight: Paint a Pot, Plant a Plant

Celebrate Arbor Day with a hands-on afternoon of creativity and growth. It’s a perfect opportunity to get your hands in the dirt, meet our board, and connect with the shared mission of making holistic care accessible to everyone in our community.

AND... you get to take home a personalized creation!
